HOW TO CLEAR AN ARREST WARRANT

Active Arrest Warrants

Did you miss court? Many times clients contact us prior t o surrendering at the jail or courthouse to arrange bail at the time of surrender only to minimizing time actually spent in custody. Our bail agents go with the client to the jail to make the process go smoothly and to post the bond upon completion of the booking process.

How to check for warrants?

If you think that you might have an active arrest warrant out on you, we can help. The last thing you should do is ask a police officer because he might just arrest you on the spot. It's much better if you find out discretely and confidentially by yourself so that you can do something about it before it gets out of hand.

There are numerous reasons for issuance of arrest warrants, but the most common are failure to appear for court. In some instances you might have outstanding warrants and have and idea that they exist. You might have picked up a speeding offense and haven't received notification or you might have forgotten to pay a fine, which resulted in a warrant.

You could be the victim of criminal identity theft where someone has stolen your identity and committed a crime in your name. If this has happened to you then you could have many active warrants for your arrest in different places. This is the worst situation to be in and it's difficult to prevent it happening. The sooner you find out that there are arrest warrants out on you the better it will be for you. If you know about them then you can take steps to sort out whatever mess they have placed you in.

Check the courthouse

You can check for active arrest warrants by inquiring at the courthouse. They will be able to tell you if they have active warrants in your name. The problem with this is that you can't be certain where the warrant may be. Which courthouse do you inquire at? This is particularly true if you've had your identity stolen and crimes committed in your name in other states or other countries.

BAIL BONDS/ San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, California

BAIL BONDS SERVICES

My name is Joe and I am writing this testimony to share my story with you and all others in similar situations. I was arrested by the Los Angele Sheriff’s Department and charged with “domestic violence”. The experience of arrest was traumatic … was handcuffed, transported to the Industry Station, and locked in a jail cell. The problem started with a disagreement over personal property and escalated into verbal shouting and pushing. My girlfriend called 911 and the police responded with guns. I was accused of an assault … and treated unfairly. Although witnesses could have corroborated my story, the police was bias and made their decision without investigating.
After the arrest, I had to obtain assistance of a bail bonds company. I did not know what to do or who to turn to in this situation. However, I remembered speaking with Al Brown, a bail agent, with Axel Bail Bonds. I met Al at Starbucks a few weeks before the incident. Al introduced himself and gave me his business card. I called Axel Bail Bonds after the arrest, and they assigned a bail agent to assist me step-by-step through the bail process. I was released from custody in a few hours. I had strong ties to the community; therefore, Axel Bail Bonds did not ask me for collateral during the bail process.
The arrest was an introduction to the criminal justice system and a long road to justice. I worked all of my life trying to do the right thing and was incarceration based upon uncorroborated allegations. I was afraid and did not know what to do … could lose everything that I worked for in my life (job, home, retirement, respect of friends, neighbors, and family). Unlike most bail bonds companies, Axel Bail Bonds has on staff private investigators. I started building my defense immediately by using the Services of Axel Bail Bonds. The bail agents removed me from custody by using their authority to execute surety bonds, and their private investigators started working on my defense.
I hired a criminal defense attorney using the services of private investigators with All Cases Investigative Services (ACIS), a company affiliated with Axel Bail Bonds. The investigators went to work quickly to validate the police investigation and interview witnesses on my behalf. Unlike the police, ACIS investigators work relentlessly to gather information to support my innocence. The case went to jury trial, and the jury found me innocent. The cost of the investigation was arranged on a payment plan. I got my life back and was able to keep my job, respect of neighbors, friends, and family. I do not have to claim conviction on any application, and I have all rights as a citizen.
If you need assistance of bail agents or private investigators, I recommend that you contact Maria Arias or Al Brown at Axel Bail Bonds and/or ACIS. You can contact Axel Bail bonds by calling the 24/7 call center at (909) 890-0888 or visit them on the web at http://www.axelbailbonds.com If you need a private investigator, you can contact ACIS at (909) 620-0139 or visit them on the web at http://www.allcasesinvestigativeservices.com
