ASSET LOCATE SEARCHES

We use resources and databases that are not available to the public to check the subject’s public records for real property, stocks, bankruptcies, judgements, liens, and personal property, vehicles, vessels, and in some cases criminal convictions. This information is helpful in determining the ability to pay child support, employment consideration, debt collection, or due diligence in litigation settlements.

Bank Account Locate Searches

All searches require pre-payment and are non-cancelable: If we are to take your case your request must be made in writing. Orders received after 12:00 PM pacific Time may not be processed until the following business day. Office hours Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time. State the nature of your case , i.e. deb collection, judgement auto accident, economic viability, etc. This information not only establishes whether or not you have a permissible purpose for us to conduct the requested search, but this additional information my also assist in our investigation. ALL SEARCHES REQUIRE PRE-PAYMENT and ARE NON-CANCELABLE:

Bank account locate are conducted using two methods that are lawful under Federal law. Accounts numbers are NOT given due to the Federal Federal Trust Laws. Special Note: Bank accounts are considered "Hits" on any open account regardless of balance in that account, which includes checking, savings, joint IRA's, trust accounts, and
business accounts located under the subject's name and SSN. For RUSH service add $200.00 to any of the below amounts. Returns are 24-72 hours.

Statewide Bank Locate - Individual Person:
The fee is $90.00 No hit fee/ $$310.00 hit fee: Balance due would be $220.00: Pre-litigation research. Discover beforehand if your target has any assets! Required: Full nme of subject, current address(important), SSN & d.o.b. Helpful, Spouse's name. This search returns all open aacounts found from multiple banks. The price is not per bank found, but for all bank accounts found. You will receive a list of all banks located within that state, bank name(s), address, type(s) of accounts and balances. A "HIT" is considered any open account, regardless of the balance. Allow 7 - 10 working days
from receipt of your completed information. If you are unable to furnish a SSN, we can conduct a search on your behalf.

Note:
The fee for obtaining a SSN is $60.00. If unsuccessful there is no charge for the SSN search.


Nationwide Bank Account Locate - Individual Person:
The fee is $150.OO No hit fee/ $650.00 hit fee : Balance due $500.00: Same conditions as above.


401k Account Locate Search
Statewide 401 k locate - Individual Person Search: $185.00 no hit fee/ $400.00 Locate fee: Same conditions as above with the exception you must know where the 401k is held. If you are NOT SURE where the funds are held, a nationwide search will be conducted with the top 50 - brokerage houses , along with smaller firms in subject's immediate area of residence of business, scope of 30 miles .

Nationwide 401k account locate - Individual Person:
The fee is $500.00 No hit fee/ hit fee $600.00. A list of nationwide Brokerage Houses available upon request).


Stock & Bond Locate Searches
Nationwide Stock & Bond Locate - Individual Person: $250.00 No hit fee/ hit fee $450.00 A nationwide search of 50 of the ;most popular Brokerage Houses in the U.S. including on-line accounts. Required: Full name of subject, current addres (important) SSN, d.o.b. Helpful; spouses's name. This search returns all open stock accounts found with their cash and market values.


Business Account Locate Searches
Statewide Bank locate - Business: The fee is $150.00 no hit fee / $380.00 hit fee: Balance due $230.00. Required: FEIN #, Business name, current address (important), present owner/president's name. Same conditions as above.

FEIN # Locate : (Federal Tax Identification Number): No hit fee/ $60.00 / hit fee $150.00; Balance due $90.00


Real Estate Locate Searches
Real Estate Searches: $50.00 Does your target own real estate? A basic search by name, address or state. Gives current owner(s) information as listed within the respective county of origin as well as multiple properties recorded within the same state. Allow 24- hours t urn around.


Note: Public records & commercially available data sources used in the system have errors. Data sometimes is entered poorly, processed incorrectly and is generally not free from defect. This system should not be relied upon as definitvely accurate. Before relying on any data this systms supplies, it should be independently verified. Real Estate Property Search Basic Report: $60.00 A search is conducted for current owner's name , property type, characteristics & location. You will receive all the basic data, plus m;ortgage tax assessment, a brief legal description, and other property details. But oftentimes a Basic Report is insufficient. For example, if the name you submit is a common name, i.e. John smith, up to 99 John Smith's names will be furnished. We have no control over common names. In some cases the property may be in joint ownership, which would determine the true John Smith as the one you are seeking. Therefore, your request should indicate the County withi the respective State.

Detail Property Report: $75.00 Comprehensive property infor mation as listed above, plus mortgage, tax, assessme;nt, brief legal description, prior sale facts and other property details.

Title History Report: $75.00 Same as above two listed report s, plus compiled segments of real estate records compiled fro;m the County Tax Assessor's Office, that mostly contains property history records that
are not typically available on conventional Basic Property Reports or Detailed Property Reports.

Legal & Vesting Report Information: $150.00 Is a property description of a specific parcel;, recognized by law and acceptable to the courts in t hat county and state, and which is sifficient to locate and identify the property without oral testimony, and allows an indepedent surveyor to locate and identify it. Vesting is the property owner(s) name, status and manner in which title of ownership is held with affixed or determinable interest in a particular parcel of real property.

Real Estate Property Records is public information in the United States. Real property records are generally filed with and kept on a County level from two major government al sources: County Recorder'sn or Couthouse and property (Tax) Assessor's Office.

Only a few years ago, acquiring property information necessitated going to the local recorder's office, waiting in Lines and often filling out forms and paying a fee for each copy of a property record. Advancements in high-speed Online communications have made it possible to employ electronic property searches and deliver millions of real property r ecords within 72 hour s of requesting.


Within flexible search opt ions there is oft en no need to have the exact pr operty address in order to run a fruitful Research. A search using pr operty owner's last name or a business name is one of the opt ions available to our subscribers; this type of property search request can be expanded to find matches within the entire state.

NOTE: Our Basic or Detailed Prooperty Reports do not contain Title History or Legal & Vesting records. The property Title History report (also called transaction History Report) is moderately different and principally deals with chronological events of financial transactions and ownership and title transfer on a property. The legal & Vesting report consist of two distinct factors; the Legal part deals with prooperty legal description and the Vesting part deals with property ownership, status and manner in which title of ownership is held (title vesting). Our Legal & Vesting report also includes data on current pr ooperty taxes.

All property searches are anonymous and strictly confidential. No search records are kept, no third party is notified. Search for property records can be performed by property owner name or business, by location address or Assessors Parcel Number.
